Jay-Phares Corporation ("JPC") has a highly skilled in house maintenance and janitorial staff. They presently provide plumbing, landscape, electrical, building, roofing, mechanical and general facility maintenance and support for Foothill Square, a 150,000 sf shopping center in Oakland, California as well as support for Solano80 Center, a 114,908 sf shopping center in Vallejo, California.
Included within the facilities for which JPC provides maintenance is a 25,000 sf County of Alameda Mental Health Facility. JPC provides plumbing, electrical, building, mechanical and general facility support for the County of Alameda. JPC also provides plumbing, electrical, building, mechanical and general facility support services for a 12,000 sf United States Federal Government Child Care facility. In the past, JPC has served as the interim maintenance group for the City of Oakland at Martin Luther King, Jr., Plaza, a 180,000 s.f. mixed use facility on 5.5 acres in north Oakland, and subsequent to the purchase of that facility from the City, for the Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute (CHORI).
