Commencing in Spring, 2007, it is proposed
to transform the center into a contemporary, fully
featured 130,468 s.f. building area neighborhood
center anchored by a 69,715 s.f. FoodsCo warehouse
supermarket, operated by Ralph’s Grocery Co.,
the wholly owned California subsidiary of Kroger
Stores, the world’s largest supermarket chain,
and Rite Aid in its new 17,270 s.f. “new world
prototype” store with drive thru. It is also
expected the project will contain a 15,330 s.f. Harbor
Freight Tools hardware store, an 8,000 s.f. Anna’s
Linens, a 7,500 s.f. Rainbow Apparel, a new Taco
Bell with drive thru, and approximately 25,000 s.f.
