John Jay and Hugh (Ken) Phares created Jay-Phares Corporation in 1988 as a development, brokerage, leasing and property management firm. At the same time, a facilities management group was created to administer maintenance for our managed properties. Our facilities management arm developed into a commercial and residential tenant improvement group. We are experienced commercial and residential renovators. We pride ourselves on the rehabilitation of under valued properties. Our experience and reputation as purveyors of quality workmanship proceed us.
Gabriel
Ortega is the Senior Maintenance & Construction
Director of our group of carpenters, plumbers and
construction trade craftsmen. Our group has built
commercial restaurants, medical facilities, numerous
retail stores and assembly halls, and we have renovated
dilapidated housing, fire-damaged shopping centers
and forsaken commercial properties.
